Books for Teens – Sex & Violence, Clean & Dirty: One Author’s View
Mike Mullin, author of the post-apocalypse novel Ashfall, recently posted an article to his blog entitled “I Write Dirty Books, and I’m Proud of It.” In the article, Mullin discusses sex and violence in books intended for teens, what causes a book to be labeled clean or dirty, and why we need more dirty books for teens. I thought it was a worthwhile article, so I’m sharing it with you.
