This free program is for DeKalb School District children in grades 3-5.
Those who register will receive assistance with homework assignments in all subject areas. Our teacher, Marti Brown, is retired from District #428.
Parents should sign-up in advance for each session; there is a limit of 5 children. If registration is closed for one session, you may register for the next or email Marti at firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on a waiting list.

All paper crafters ages 16 and older are welcome to join us for monthly scrapbooking and card making fun!
Meet us in the Youth Services area to create an 8x8 scrapbook layout and a new card. No experience is necessary; just bring a pair of scissors and adhesive.

Use Google Docs to store, access, and share documents. You can make things like reports, spreadsheets, and presentations in Google Drive. It is a great way to collaborate on school work. Are you new to computers and having trouble performing basic tasks? The Files and Folder class will include time to practice saving and finding your files on a computer and on a flash drive. It also includes time to practice making a computer file folder and moving files around.

Introductory Microsoft Word teaches the basic skills in creating, editing, and printing a word document. Editing fonts, arranging the layout, placing graphs and images, or how to “Spell Check” are just a few of the basics covered in this course.
